Terms of service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern the use of Reply Fast, a platform operated by Needs legal reviewlegal entity name, company registration number and registered address (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Draft for legal review
This page contains placeholders marked “Needs legal review”. They must be completed and verified by qualified legal counsel before this page is relied upon.
1. The service
Reply Fast lets businesses connect messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram and a website widget) to an AI assistant that answers their customers strictly from the business's own catalog and knowledge base, with optional human review before sensitive answers are sent.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential and enable two-factor authentication where available. Each organization has owners, admins, agents and viewers; owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for everything done under their organization.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Reply Fast to send unsolicited messages, to process data you have no right to process, to mislead end customers, or to violate the terms of WhatsApp, Telegram or any other connected platform. The full rules are in the Acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the catalog, knowledge base, conversations and other content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content the assistant answers from.
5. AI-generated answers
Answers are generated by an AI model grounded in your content and can be wrong or incomplete. Every conversation discloses to the customer that they are chatting with an AI assistant, as required by the EU AI Act. You can route sensitive topics to human approval with trigger rules and take over any conversation yourself.
6. Plans, limits and billing
Features and usage limits depend on the plan assigned to your organization and are enforced per workspace. During early access every workspace is free. Needs legal reviewbilling terms — prices, billing cycle, payment provider, invoicing, taxes, refund and cancellation policy, effective date
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an organization that violates these terms or puts the platform or other customers at risk. Suspended organizations lose access to the dashboard and connected channels until the issue is resolved. You may stop using the service at any time; data export and deletion are described in the Privacy policy.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email as described on the Contact page. Needs legal reviewservice-level commitments, if any
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or incorrect AI-generated answers. Needs legal reviewliability cap and mandatory consumer-law carve-outs for the governing jurisdiction
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email and in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
Needs legal reviewgoverning law, competent courts and any alternative dispute resolution or consumer ODR reference
12. Contact
